EVALUTAION CRITERIA

The evaluation criteria for Pakistan’s digital banking awards have been developed by international benchmarks in consultation with National and International experts. Organizations and individuals will be selected based on the following credentials:

Innovation and creativity of the digital banking application provided by the financial institution to its customer
The feel-and-look of the application and its operational effectiveness to provide its digital service for its customers
Ease of use by all user categories taking in consideration the special needs of elderly and differently-abled community
Contribution of application in access to expanding its coverage in remote and rural/isolated areas
Digital trust and cybersecurity, the extent of conformity of the application with the cyber security requirement and the right of protection of data
Growth of users and mobility ratio of digital native against migrants
Contribution of application towards fostering people centric economy
Success of financial organization in enabling digital financial inclusion and literacy among their beneficiaries
